Student organizations are the heart of GW, and that's why we make an investment in your organization's mission every day through our free printing & supply reservation services.
The SGA offers FREE use of our printing and copying services to student orgs wanting to make pamphlets, flyers, and posters for general use around campus.
Organizations must either supply their own printer paper for requests that are over 400 pages (dropped off at our USC 427 office), or deduct funds from their revenue or SA account.
If an organization does not pick up their request TWICE the student organization will not be able to utilize the printing services for a month
To have your materials printed, please submit the printing request form* through GW Engage at least 48 hours before desired pickup.
(You must be logged into GW Engage to view the form.)
Once your request has been approved, please look for an email from GWSA SORC regarding a pickup time.

Student Org Supply Rentals
The Student Org Resource Center's Rental Goods Program will remain closed for the remainder of the semester.
We will handle certain requests on a case-by-case basis. You'll need to get approval from the Director of the Student Org Resource Center to use the items. Please email gwsa.sorc@gmail.com with any questions.
The Library also offers a range of digital equipment that students can check out FREE of charge.
Items available to rent include cameras, microphones, tripods & lights, GoPro accessories.
